So, the peerless nrrrdy_grrrl is seaching for fic featuring characters with disabilities. And our dearly departed Heroes did try to do a good job with diversity. Sometimes. So help me, f-list!

Rec me some stories with characters with disabilities. They can be any fandom, not just Heroes, but I was thinking of Emma's deafness and Matt's dyslexia as possibilities. The fic doesn't need to feature the disability, it just needs to be a factor. Come on, you know you have some good Matt-deals-with-self-esteem-issues-due-to-his-inability-to-pass-the-detectives-test fic, or some Emma-teaches-Peter-ASL fic. Or something. Rec me!

kethni is a Matt-centric writer, and if you want stories where she mentions Matt's dyslexia... I know Two Days in Porn Valley is one of them, and probably several more, because she sneezes and comes out with a new Matt fic.
