Okay, so I've reread this like 5 times since you posted. It's like you broke my head open and picked out exactly what I wanted and handed it back to me in a deliciously sexy package. WHY IS THE END OF THE WORLD SO FASCINATING? ♥
I love, love, love Luke's journey to New York. You included so many great moments and details, I could really picture the world he lives in now: all the festering bodies in Texas, the truck with the black ops dude who'd shot the rest of his team (possibly my fave moment in the whole fic. It gave me shivers!), Luke nuking the first hotel he stays in to get rid of the things that cast shadows in the night. OH AND THE BIT WITH THE MANGY DOG. I LIED. THE DOG BIT WAS MY FAVOURITE. POOR LUKE. ;_; He's so alone, and I love how long it takes for that to really sink in for him.
I loved that Luke ended up in the loft and then that the grafitti was a means of directing Sylar to him. I loved that Sylar found him but spied him before making his move. And oh lordy the sex. The sex was so hot and posessive and unnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnf. Yes, thank you and I'll be in my bunk.
