I'm glad you liked the plot! I sometimes wish real SPN (or Heroes for that matter) episodes could be like this, what with the bro-yay. Alas, we work with what we have. I'm also a recent comer to SPN and (shh, don't tell anyone) I'm also in love with Dean. They're both fun to play with, but Dean gets to have most of the fun while Sam's busy torturing himself. Truly, I think Dean slashes with almost anything that moves, but it was a grand old time slashing him with Peter. They're both so... sex-on-a-stick that it was almost ridiculously easy to get them into bed together.
It was fun incorporating Peter and Nathan into Dean and Sam's world. But I think Peter and Nathan would probably spend their fair share of time being pissed at each other if they were traveling the country on their own. And I, too, am getting itchy for September. Seriously.
